Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged (such as broken glass), we’ll gladly send you a replacement for the same damaged item.
If this happens, please reach out to us at orders@eyecandiecandles with the following photos as soon as possible:
- A close-up photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the box, showing the packaging used to protect the item
- A photo of the shipping label on the box
Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
