Where are your candles made?
All our candles are handmade by Marcia and crew in her studio in lovely Weehawken, New Jersey!

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to anywhere within the United States. We’re working on expanding, so stay tuned!

What are your shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100! For all other orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of $8.95.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We’re quick for a small business! Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking info once your order is on its way.

What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
We want your candles to arrive in perfect condition! In the rare case that your candle arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Just contact us within 14 days at orders@eyecandiecandles.com with photos of the damaged candle, packaging, and shipping label, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I return or exchange my candle?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if you’re unhappy with the scent or any other aspect of your candle, reach out to us—we’re always happy to help and want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

Can I send a gift to a friend or loved one?
Absolutely! We love that you’re thinking of giving a candle as a gift. Our packing slips don’t include prices—just an itemized receipt that acts as a gift receipt. Want to include a special note? Simply type it in the order notes before checkout, and we’ll include it with your order! Just be sure to use the recipient’s shipping address if you want it sent directly to them. 🎁
